I must say that I just love to bake with whole wheat flour. Of course I know that whole wheat has a distinct taste and the texture is much coarser than all purpose flour, however your body will thank you for consuming whole wheat at the end of the day!

Did you know that if you buy 100% whole wheat flour, you are assured of all the nutrients of the bran and the germ, as well as the endosperm. Unlike white flour, which loses more than half of the vitamin B1,vitamin B2,vitamin B3,vitamin E, calcium, phosphorus, folic acid, copper, zinc, iron, and fiber are lost in the process of making this. So with all of that being said, Whole Wheat Waffles will become your go to breakfast meal when you are looking to chop down on some delicious waffles!
