Sriracha Dipping Sauce

Sriracha Sauce

Sriracha  Sauce

Sriracha Dipping Sauce is spicy and packed with flavors. I made this sauce because I wasn’t fond of how much butter you have to use to make buffalo sauce. Most authentic buffalo sauces, use two sticks of butter per 1 cup of sauce. 2 STICKS OF BUTTER, “Geesh” ! I don’t know about you, but my body can’t handle that much saturated fat in one serving!

If you’re looking for a spicy dipping sauce that doesn’t use butter, than this is your go to sauce. It will only take you 20 minutes to make. It’s that easy and simple. A quick funny detail behind this sauce is ….. drum roll please! My awesome better half is a Latino man, who craves for spicy food every day. Usually, I make a spicy dish and the first condiment that he adds is Sriracha or Tapatio. Total bummer for me because I think the dish taste pretty spicy already, but he doesn’t! Anyway, to make a long story short, the first bite my husband took, left his face exploding with sweat! If only you could see me laughing!! Ha-Ha 🙂

Side Note: I am currently working on cleaner, healthier version of this sauce, but this sauce is no where near as fattening as buffalo sauce! Just saying…

My friends, let’s dive into this spicy sauce!! 🙂
