Spicy Shrimp Cocktail
Let me start by saying, Happy Belated Cinco De Mayo Day! I had the privilege of enjoying this mouth watering dish for Cinco De Mayo and it was yummy. Spicy Shrimp Cocktail is a fun dish that is full of crisp and colorful vegetables that will simply magnify your dinner or it can be the main dish for any party that you are hosting.
Simply make Spicy Shrimp Cocktail the night before or the morning of your party and let time do the rest. This simple family dish will only take 30 minutes or less of your time to make! However, be aware that it will require a couple of hours to cool and this dish will need to marinate in the fridge. I truly enjoyed making this dish and I believe you will enjoying eating this cocktail just as much as you will enjoy making it!
Prepping this dish ahead of time would be the ideal thing to do. Just dice up a few tomatoes, onions, and cucumbers to create the main dish for your celebration! Not only is it easy to make but it is perfect for entertaining guest or having a cold light lunch or dinner..
