6 Ingredients

So, these raw protein energy balls only contain 6 ingredients. I used my homemade Sunflower Pumpkin Seed Butter (will be posting recipe soon) for this recipe, but you can use almond butter, peanut butter, cashew butter or any other type of nutty butter that you prefer. Not only do these protein energy balls contain 6 ingredients but, you don’t even have to bake them. 🙂

Instructions
Make the Protein Balls
  1. Start by adding the pitted Medjool Dates to a food processor. Mix until creamy.

  2. Add in the remaining ingredients and mix until crumbly.

  4. Pour the mixture into a medium small/bowl.

  5. Roll into little balls!

Coat
  1. Add raw balls to a sandwich size ziploc bag along with the 1/2 tbsp of Cacao Powder. Shake gently, until all the balls are full coated.

  • I do place my Raw Vegan Double Chocolate Protein Energy Balls  in the fridge, I assume they may last a week or so if not stored in the fridge.
