Over Easy Grilled Chicken Sandwich is loaded down with veggies and packed with protein. This sandwich can be made without bread, but after a long workout my husband wanted some buns. So, I incorporated his two favorite ingredients together. Not only is this sandwich quick to make, but its way healthier than any drive through. It’s not loaded down with unwanted calories, plus its full of all the ingredients to having a healthier lifestyle with every bite.
Unlike a traditional chicken sandwich, this one has an over easy egg and alfalfa sprouts. Alfalfa sprouts are packed with many health benefits. For example, alfalfa sprouts can reduce the rick of breast cancer, combat cholesterol, aid in anti-aging and much, much more.
Just a little off topic, but my husband is a chicken breast type of man, hence he could eat chicken every single day! 😉 Josh’s favorite type of chicken that I have made is coconut air fried chicken. He ask me to make that chicken just about twice a month. Nonetheless, eating the same food over and over can get a little boring, which is why I changed it up a little and created a unique kind of grilled chicken. Enough of me rambling on, so….
