Old Fashion Pancakes for 2

Every weekend, our kids rave for pancakes, especially our daughter. She is definitely a breakfast kind of gal, like her dad. Old Fashion Pancakes For 2, caters to individuals like our daughter (new food=nasty food to her). I’m always suggesting to our daughter, that she should try a variety of different types of breakfast dishes. That suggestion, stares me back with a deer in the headlights glare. Gosh…. am I really speaking another language to my 8 year old daughter? Sighs….

On the other hand, this recipe makes exactly 4 regular sized pancakes! 3 for our “starving” daughter and 1 for our little man, so no pancake goes to waste. Side note…. the hardest part of making pancakes in the morning, is all the hangry munchkins glaring down my back. As I’m preparing an awesome all time favorite meal, my kids are steady screeching “I’m hungry, how long before we can eat or my belly hurts”; the story of my life! I honestly don’t know who’s worse, a hangry man or hangry kids? So with that being said, old fashion pancakes for 2 will only take 20 minutes or less to make for those hangry munchkins.
