Marinade Skirt Steak

Flank Skirt Steak

Marinade Skirt Steak will simply absorb flavor when marinated and seasoned well before grilling. This type of meat is not known to be tender, on the contrary it is quiet tough. However, when marinated, this steak will complement any dish perfectly.

Before you start feeling overwhelmed about the amount of hours needed to marinate this skirt, let me just say, that it will only take you 10 minutes. That’s it! 10 minutes for you to gather all of the ingredients, add it to the zip lock bag and refrigerate it. You can marinate this skirt before going to bed or early in the morning. It does not matter.

I use skirt steak in stir fry dishes, Carne Asada Fries, breakfast bowls and so much more. Learn to marinate flank skirt steak first in order to enjoy its delicious flavors. Again, it will only take you 10 minutes to prep the marinade and time will do the rest.

For a nice and tender skirt, marinate the steak for at least 5-8 hours or a maximum 24hours. From my own personal experience when cooking skirt steak, it is better to grill or pan sear this meat.

Lets get to marinating!
