Easy Pan Seared Ahi Tuna

There is nothing like a bite of  savory tuna. Easy Pan Seared Ahi Tuna is a quick and simple recipe that anyone can make. You can make this recipe for tacos, pasta, tuna and chips or even a simple tuna wrap.

To be quite honest, our family doesn’t get the opportunity to enjoy good tuna let alone any seafood unless my husband and I have a planned date night. Our oldest child Alexandria, is allergic to most fish and shell fish so for the most part, we never buy seafood. I must say that it’s such a bummer that she will never get to enjoy the savory taste of salt or fresh water fish.

On a lighter note, I whipped up this recipe for my husband and his extremely hard to impress bud. I mean Daniel is my husband’s best friend and he loves to EAT! Geesh… he is so small and petite, but he can literally chomp down for 7 people. The guy has an appetite for days! Nonetheless, he loves home cooked meals and after a little convincing to be one of my taste testing guinea pigs, he gave in! 🙂 Ha-ha, just kidding! Daniel eats my cooking quite often, and he is pretty honest and straight forward when it comes to chomping down on my dishes. I honestly enjoy feeding him because he lets me know weather or not my recipes have flavor.

As for my husband… well, he’s my husband! Ha-Ha! He never says my food taste bad…hmm…. I wonder why! LOL 🙂

Let’s sear up some tuna!
