When you live your life on the edge, every now and then you have to settle down and take a breather. My breather tonight is this Banana Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding along with my favorite chick flick. The best part, is that I get to do all the things I do on a normal bases but in style on the couch (Ha-Ha).  😉

Can someone please bring be a box of Kleenex, for all this laughing and crying I am about to do, while I watch Twlight (lol) ? 😀

Toppings or No Toppings For Chia Seed Puddings

Toppings for me are usually based upon my mood, time of day and my taste buds at that time. However, the real question is, “should you add toppings to your pudding or not?” I would definitely say go for it for several reasons.

The first reason is, this dessert or breakfast is really neutral which means you should enjoy it anyway you like. Don’t just settle for my boring toppings. Add the toppings you have on hand or keep it simple. This is a healthy alternative for a dessert or grab and god breakfast, so you should enjoy every bite of it. 🙂

The second reason, is that the right toppings will add that extra layer of texture and flavor. There should be sirens of yumminess going off with every bite. Just adding some simple nuts on top of the bananas will give you a beautiful creamy, sweet and crunchy bite.

Food is sensational and healing (so please let this chocolate heal my tears tonight as I watch Twlight (ha-ha)!! 😀  I’m always cracking up at my corny jokes. I can’t even begin to imagine life with no laughter.

Enjoy

Banana Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding is a make ahead dish that really requires no serious efforts. Most chia seed pudding will last about 5 days in the fridge before going bad. So if you’ve never had Chia Seed Pudding, then today is the day to give it a shot.

My friend, it’s time to pull out those ch..ch..ch….chia seeds and make Banana Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding! 😀
